Our Dietitians Guide to Clean eating recipe book comprise of a 7-Day clean eating program that is all about helping you eat a healthier, fresher diet and to reset your taste buds and metabolism. We have put together a week long meal plan filled with delicious recipes that will make you feel awesome, give you plenty of energy, and help you achieve your goals.
You’ll eat three meals and two snacks every day, including some treats. As you will soon see, you don't have to deprive yourself of colourful, delicious and inspired meals nor do you have to make drastic, limiting changes. Instead, choosing recipes that are full of whole foods like fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and legumes and low in sugar and refined flours will help you feel lighter and dare we say happier.
This diet is based on a 1500 kcal diet, which is perfect for most aiming for a healthy lifestyle. If you need more of less calories you can refer to the guide in the book.
